OUR ROASTERS and CUPPING LAB

RoasterShare members enjoy a modern, clean and friendly roasting and cupping space.

Key to the RoasterShare space is our Diedrich IR-5 roaster, newly purchased in December 2017. The roaster is connected to Cropster, the most popular roaster profiling software on the market.

We also offer a Joper 15 kilo roaster for commercial roasting accounts, also connected to Cropster.

Finally, we offer a fully SCA-compliant cupping lab, including a Joper 2-barrel sample roaster and several brew methods to test the roasts.
